Easter activities to get the office egg-cited

With Easter around the corner, we thought it would be great to share a number of

egg-stra fun activities for your workplace! These holiday events provide a great opportunity to boost employee engagement, build company culture and promote collaboration, whilst also providing something fun for staff to get involved in. Plus, participating in such activities helps your teams to get to know each other on a more personal level.

Easter Egg Decorating Competition!

Throw it back to true primary school style. Why not have a friendly office competition for the best decorated egg?! You could also take it to the next level where employees recreate scenes from their favourite movies. This is a great way to drive creativity (with some sure to be interesting outcomes) in the workplace.

Easter Egg Hunt

What could be better than a traditional easter egg hunt? Create a list of clues, with questions themed to your organisation/business industry. When split into teams and with a prize involved, this is a great one for encouraging your employees to work efficiently as a team but also great for identifying the competitive ones!

Trivia Quiz

A bit of a basic one but who doesn’t love a quiz! Quizzes are a great way of getting your brain warmed up but also beneficial for team bonding.

Bake-Off!

Introduce some friendly competition in the workplace and have an easter themed bake-off! What’s better than making fun cakes and then getting to eat them too? Also, points will be deducted for shop bought cake! 😊 So no cheating!

Still working from home? No egg-scuses, here are some activities that you can do online:

Chubby Bunny Challenge

This challenge is egg-stra fun, and all you need is a packet of marshmallows. Each round, someone puts a marshmallow in their mouth and tries to say “chubby bunny”, you then write down whoever said it clearest that round (“my wifi wasn’t working!”). Continue until there is one winner, whoever has the most marshmallows. After all, who wouldn’t want to see their manager struggle with a mouth full of marshmallows!

Bunnies Bingo!

This is a game that can be played online and staff can get to know a bit more about their colleagues. You can ask questions like “who has a birthday in May” or “who can say easter in more than one language”. You can only use a colleague's name once on the board, to try to make it more challenging. This is a really great way of getting to know your colleagues on a more personal level.

For top points, why don't you send an easter spread/easter buffet or personalised easter gifts. Being placed on everyone’s desk and from the easter bunny…

Or why not have a go at our quiz below and let us know how many you got correct!
